What is it?
Mixed Equipment GroupPilates classes will test your skills, strength, and balance. This class is designed for the healthy client or for those who are ready to step it up and know the basics.
A one on one private session is recommended prior to participation.
Featuring chair, reformer, tower, cadillac, or whatever the instructor feel is safe and appropriate.
RUNLATES- Will be strongly focused on Core stability, Hip strength, Ankle mobility, Glute and Leg strength/endurance.
TCG- Cube Gym classes will be mainly mobility/ stability of shoulders/hips/ankles, Core endurance.
