Lisa Sherman, Nutritionist, Ultra runner, Recreational Run Coach and Race Director
Lisa is a degree-qualified and practicing nutritionist, passionate about helping others to feel their best, and firmly believes in the ability of food to heal, repair, nourish, energise, and uplift us. Lisa is also an experienced ultrarunner, recreational run coach, and race director, and understands the importance of using nutrition to enhance exercise performance and promote recovery from training as well as day-to-day living to feel one’s best.
Lisa takes a holistic approach to her client's health and well-being, taking into account their specific and individual needs together with lifestyle, environment, stress, and dietary factors.

During this interactive session, Lisa will focus on how to optimise your nutrition to be the best version of yourself. Key topics will include fueling your body to support your activity, recovery and life stage, as well as tips for meal prep and creating simple and balanced meals that nourish and support your health and wellbeing.

Georgia is a registered acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner based in Manly. She was first introduced to acupuncture over 15 years ago which was instrumental to her journey into working in health and wellness. After many years as a yoga teacher, she then decided to study a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at UTS. She is passionate about supporting people on their path to well-being, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal conditions, pain management, digestive issues, women’s health, as well as stress and anxiety management.
Georgia's Chinese Medicine Workshop

A brief overview of Chinese medicine which will incorporate some ancient knowledge that we can integrate into our everyday lives for greater well-being. We will also explore some acupressure points that you can do at home to support immunity, energy, and stress levels which will then finish with a group acupuncture session leaving you feeling relaxed and nourished.

Director of The Physio and Pilates Clinic, with a double degree in Sports Science and Dr. Physiotherapy, Roxane is an expert when it comes to injury prehab and rehab. She is a mother, businesswoman, and entrepreneur and understands how to juggle a busy schedule.
Roxane spends her spare time keeping fit and healthy through Pilates and strength-based training, to pursue her passion for running long distances. With over 20 marathons, 5 ultra runs, and many more trail runs in the pipeline, she has many tools up her sleeve for self-care/release to keep injuries and niggles away.

Movement is youth. Bring your body and mind to enhance their flexibility, promoting good posture, and optimising daily functioning and well-being. In this 60 minutes class, a variety of active, passive, static, dynamic stretches and muscle release techniques will be practiced under Pilates principles, with some practical takeaways for a daily mobility routine
