A combination of manual therapy, joint mobilisation and trigger point therapy as well as exercise prescription and exercise on pilates machines will be part of a normal session. If you need to see Sports Physician, Orthopaedic Specialists or you require further investigations (X-Ray, MRI), we can give direct referrals to other specialists.

Clinical Exercise & Pilates
Clinical Exercise is a method of intelligent / structured and personalised Physiotherapy exercise sequencing on Pilates equipment. The assessment is a one on one 60 minute appointment which will identify faults or poor biomechanical movements which may be causing painful symptoms.
An individual clinical exercise program will be developed for you, and re-assessment booked in at the 6 week & 12 weeks.
Two private 1:1 sessions is recommended once you have had your initial assessment:
- To go through your program
- Learn basics on the machines
- 1:1 attention to detail, posture & form & enable new biomechanical pathways and activation of small stabilising muscles.
