WHATS INVOLVED- 6 types of classes to suit everyone

Fun group class on a Reformer/Pilates Chair/Springboard/Props provides an evolution to Mat Pilates/Trapeze tower with the addition of springs for support and challenge.

 

Specific benefits include the ability to move the body in multiple planes of motion, exercises that can be done in sitting, and standing, and accommodating to all types of fitness levels and abilities.
